    Return Policy

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, orders with discounts or gift cards.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

    Note: You will not be refunded the shipping charges for your order, just the amount paid for the product(s) themselves.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    The Pop-Up Mākeke is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, the Pop-Up Mākeke will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

    The Pop-Up Mākeke is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to issues with the address provided at the time of checkout. Please ensure that your address is deliverable. If a package is returned, the customer is responsible for paying the price of the new label. 

    Fraudulent Chargebacks

    We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. The Pop-Up Mākeke reserves any and all rights to charge for any chargeback fees and bank fees on behalf of our company should you decide to reverse or challenge any charges made to your credit card if the chargeback outcome is made in our favor. Bank fees may vary.


    Discount codes can not be stacked with other offers such as sales. Not all products are eligible for use with a discount code.
