The Story: Though it is a rare commodity in Hawaii, certain types of Lavender seems to thrive in specific Hawaiian microclimates—particularly the upcountry slopes of Haleakala on Maui.  This supports our claim that Hawaiian Lavender is truly one of the most exotic in the world!

Ingredient Spotlight: Shea Butter--Shea butter is a skin superfood that comes from the seeds of the fruit of the Shea (Karite) tree and that is naturally rich in vitamins A, E and F. The concentration of natural vitamins and fatty acids in Shea Butter makes it incredibly nourishing and moisturizing for skin: a 2010 study found that due to its cinnamic acid and other natural properties, Shea Butter is anti-inflammatory.  Shea Butter offers UV protection and provides the skin with essential fatty acids and the nutrients necessary for collagen production.
