This Ulūlu Kid's Swimsuit from Onepaʻa Hawaiʻi is available at Pop-Up Mākeke and is the perfect swimsuit for your keiki to wear at the beach, by the pool, at a waterpark, etc.
The kaikamahine swimsuit has it all - comfortable fit, elastic fabric, and a deep-colored print that won't fade in the sun and water. It also has a double-layered front, bias binding, and 38–40 UPF to ensure that the kids can be their active selves, and the parents don't have to worry about any wardrobe malfunctions.
The Ulūlu highlights the unmistakable beauty of the native ʻUlu Tree. It holds a timeless beauty and deeper meaning for us as it symbolizes the growth we are partaking in as parents, partners, and small business owners.
Whether you are on vacation, at home by the pool, playing in the sand on the beach, etc., you can take comfort in the fact that your child's swimsuit is secure and can spend more time having fun!
Materials: 82% Polyester, 18% Spandex
Designed in Hawaiʻi
Stitched by hand in North & South America
Note: Generally, with children, these suits can run a tad small. It is best to order a size or two bigger.
As with all swimwear, be careful to avoid velcro or snags, as they will pull some of the white fibers from beneath the design. Especially the darker colors.
Polyester and Spandex are plastic and will melt over time in hot water and heated dryers. Hand-wash cold for longevity. Dirt and grime wash out easily with soap and a soft-bristled brush or by rubbing the suit together.
Hang dry in the shade.
Do not dry clean.
