“Water Kiss” is a poetry book written, illustrated, designed, and published by Marisela Bracho. A wonderful gift and coffee table book. Hawaii beautiful landscapes and waters inspire many of the poems and images in “Water Kiss.” Each page conveys a potent verbal and visual message. The images are magical digital collages that merge her watercolors, sketches, and photography into new creations.

About Marisela Marisela
was born in Mexico City and has lived in Hawaii for 30 years. Her work is influenced by the taste of the tropics and is deeply touched by the Hawaiian landscapes and traditions. Her signature work consists of evocative landscape abstractions picturing the ingrained vitality and movement in nature. Her media is watercolors, acrylics, mix media, and digital painting. Presently her work is displayed at the Lahaina Art Society. She holds a Master of Fine Arts from CU Boulder, CO. She has had solo exhibitions in Mexico City; Portland, OR; Boulder, CO; and Maui, HI.
