Ulu Mana is located in Honolulu, Hawaii, and was founded by Loren Shoop, who saw the great potential of the 'Ulu tree and the fruit it produces. He has made it his personal mission to see that 'ulu gets introduced to the world and tastes good while doing it. 

All of their fruit comes from local Hawaii farmers who bring their crops directly to Ulu Mana's facility, where they process everything in-house. Their products are minimally processed, and their ingredients are responsibly sourced. By utilizing sustainable crops, Ulu Mana is contributing to the health of Hawaii's local farms, community, and economy. 

The Ulu Mana team has over 20 years of culinary and food safety background. They strive to maintain the highest food safety standards and are constantly on the hunt for new ways to be eco-friendly. It is their mission to bring ulu into the spotlight as a widely-recognized food source.
