Sal Terrae was founded by four sisters from Hawaii who are so different but entirely alike in their love for their family and faith in God.
Every event that is held at their parent's home - and there are a lot - is delicately fashioned to the delight of the honoree. Organically, their parent's home became the starting point of their inspiration, and thus, Sal Terrae was born.
The sisters have created graphics for their platters, bowls, and dishtowels to evoke warm memories of family gatherings, memorable occasions, delightful laughter around the dinner table, and conversations in the family room.
The graphics that customers see on the Sal Terrae ceramic pieces are printed on special food-safe paper, hand-applied, and 'cooked' in the kiln for two days. A lot of love and aloha is poured into the brand's products, and their hope is that customers are able to enjoy them with friends and family for many years to come.
