Island Essence is a family-owned company that was established in 1990 by Martin and Denise Diamond. They have been creating handcrafted bath and spa botanicals for over 30 years with Hawaii's intoxicating fragrances and oils.

Denise is a master aromatherapist who brought 25 years of experience with natural and organic products to Island Essence to meet the needs of premium Hawaiian spas. Her extensive knowledge of aromatherapy, herbology, natural skincare, and a holistic lifestyle approach are all integrated into the formulas of Island Essence. 

Each item that makes up the brands' product line, such as lotions, soaps, oils, aloe, candles, and other spa creations, is enjoyed for its delightful fragrances and healing and calming effect on the mind, body, and spirit. 

To this day, Island Essence continues to foster a feeling of family and community within the islands of Hawaii. They create natural products that are 100% vegan; all products are paraben-free, silicone-free, and sulfate-free.
