Ka'iulani Spices specializes in making flavorful spice rubs and seasoning based on the recipes of owner-founder Ka’iulani “Kai” Cowell. She attended the Culinary Institute of America in New York Hyde Park and KCC in Honolulu.
Kai is a trained culinarian and has made a study of the health-promoting nature of spices. Her goal is to provide home cooks with products that will save time and money and promote their physical well-being.
All spices are imported and combined with Hawaiian sea salt and organic evaporated cane sugar. The spices are roasted and ground in Kai's manufacturing facility in Honolulu. The ingredients are vegan, organically grown, no MSG, gluten-free, nut-free, and absent of fillers and preservatives.
